Founded in 1984, Dalian Anda Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., which covers an area of 48,000sqm and possesses a total fixed asset of RMB 25.8 million Yuan, is a professional manufacturer of motor rubber reducers, rubber gaskets, hinged covers and hoses. Our Deutz engine suspending soft pad has won the recognition of German company. In 1999, we successfully acquired the quality certificate of ISO9001, and now we are trying to attain the other two quality system Certification of QS9000 and VDA6.1. With the past ten years' development, now, our annual output of rubber reducers and rubber gaskets can reach 400,000 pieces.

With the great advantages in formulating rubber and bonding rubber to metal, we have cooperated with DUT's vibration and intensive laboratory to establish product designing center, which have enhanced our forces in vibration and realized advantages' complement in a real purpose. MTS831, a latest HF elastomer testing system by MTS, can meet the testing needs of various reducers of vehicles and the range of testing temperature is between minus 119 to plus 315 centigrade degree.

Instead of traditional panel stamping vulcanization technology, we have employed rubber injection vulcanization techniques in vehicle rubber reducers in advance, which greatly increase production efficiency and extend lifespan.
